Eligibility
All active members who log in, deposit, and place bets at 811Casino are automatically eligible for VIP status once they reach the required monthly deposit tier.
VIP Evaluation Cycle
The system calculates the total confirmed deposit amount on a monthly cycle (1st–30th/31st).
All VIP titles are updated on the 7th of the following month.
VIP Maintenance & Downgrade Policy
Members are advised to remain active (login, deposit, and place bets) to maintain their VIP level.
VIP status is reset monthly based on the deposit amount from the previous month.
Members who fail to meet the required tier will be downgraded to Normal Member.
VIP Upgrade Rewards

How the Monthly Reset Works

This is the part worth understanding properly, because it works differently from most VIP programmes.

Normal is permanent. Deposit RM30 once and you hold it for life, with an RM8 birthday bonus.

Every tier above Normal is earned monthly. Reaching Silver in March means you hold Silver benefits for March. In April the counter starts again from zero, and your tier is set by what you deposit that month.

The practical consequence: a player who deposits RM5,000 in a single month reaches Silver. A player who deposits RM1,500 a month for four months — RM6,000 in total, more money — never leaves Normal. Concentration matters more than total volume here. If you are close to a threshold near month end, that is when a deposit is worth most.

What Each Tier Pays

Upgrade Reward is a one-off credit paid when you reach a tier — RM38 at Bronze, rising to RM688 at Master.

Birthday Bonus matches your tier level and is paid in your birthday month. At Master that is RM688, which is the largest single birthday credit on the site.

Birthday Gift is a physical gift, available from Bronze upward. Special Gift starts at Silver.

Higher Table Limits

VIP standing also affects the live casino tables available to you. Higher tiers open higher-limit baccarat and roulette rooms, which matters if standard table maximums are constraining your stake.

Worth Knowing

Tier is based on deposits, not turnover or losses.
The qualifying window is the calendar month, resetting on the 1st.
